Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)
As an Accounting & Administrative Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of operational aspects, including primary accounting, personnel administration, vendor management and office administration.
This full-time position offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic, results-oriented team of young and motivated colleagues, within an informal working atmosphere.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Manage primary accounting activities: issuing invoices/receipts, completing the cash register, tracking invoice due dates
- Handle budgets and invoices: monitor expenses, prepare budgets, and manage invoices to keep costs under control
- Prepare monthly financial and operational reports to facilitate decision-making
- Process employment documents and manage basic personnel administration
- Draft and manage contracts with clients and suppliers
- Handle correspondence and internal organization on behalf of the management team
- Develop and maintain relationships with partners, suppliers, and clients
- Collaborate with other departments on significant projects and initiatives
- Efficiently manage office operations and meet daily needs
You’ll Fit Right In If You Have
- Minimum of 2 years in previous basic accounting roles (a must!)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience (a must!)
- Excellent professional financial-accounting and legislative knowledge
- Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills in both Romanian and English (a must!)
- Detail-oriented, efficient, and organized approach to work
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment
