If you are contacting us regarding a refund for an unused balance on a cashless wristband or card, please contact the event organizer directly.

We rent the cashless payment system to the organizers but do not hold or manage attendees’ money. Any remaining money is held by the event organizer, who sets and administers the refund policy for each event.
